Public Television of Russia (OTR) is a federal television channel with an extensive theme. OTR has been broadcasting live since 2013, but has already managed to win a large audience thanks to broadcasts on various topics.
It is a kind of platform for discussing the most pressing issues of concern to society, a means of open and direct interaction between the government and the citizens of Russia.

OTR broadcasting is free from political and commercial, internal and external censorship. They try to discuss all the most pressing and topical issues here with an open mind.
