The Karusel TV channel works for a children's audience. This is a federal channel broadcasting around the clock from the Ostankino television center in 17 countries.
Professional child psychologists and educators take part in the development of esters. The programs are built in a special way: they combine educational and educational goals; the themes are adapted to the age of young viewers.
